Returns and Exchanges.
We will gladly exchange or refund your DoubleValue purchase within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied. Simply follow the return instructions below or as stipulated by DoubleValue personnel and return the item promptly in new, unused, and resalable condition.

Here's How to Return Your Item

Contact us for return.
Please call or email us about your return, included the order number, state the reason for your return, and let us know if you want credit or exchange for your merchandise.

Package your return.
Use the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. If the original packaging can't be used, please use a quality bag or carton. Please be sure to include the original order number in the package so we can retrieve your information and credit the you properly.

Returning Merchandise.

  • Send your return packages back to DoubleValue via the Post Office, UPS or other service following the return instructions by DoubleValue.
  • For items that were sent to you insured, return them on your own, insuring them for the full value.
  • Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your statement.

Seal and label.

  • Seal the package securely with tape.
  • Affix the return label to the outside of your package. Please use clear tape or glue when affixing the label.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges to and from DoubleValue).
